Spare Ribs with Minced Sauce

Finish off your pork chops with a fresh topping! Made with avocado, tomato, Serrano chiles, onion and cilantro, this chunky sauce adds color and flavor to every bite! Pair with roasted veggies or a salad for dinner!


  • 6 pork chops
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 5 chiles serranos, seeded and deveined, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 3 chopped avocados
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and lemon.
  3. Place on the grill and cooking until they are golden on both sides. Serve with sauce over.
