Ingredients

  • 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 2 T. Yuzu juice
  • 1/2 c. scallions, finely chopped
  • 2 T. cilantro
  • 2 t. Togarashi seasoning
  • 1-1/2 t. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados with yuzu juice until chunky-smooth.
  2. Fold in scallions, cilantro, togarashi seasoning, and soy sauce until well combined.
