Twist one half of the avocado to pull two halves apart.
Remove pit from avocado.
Scoop out the pulp from the avocado and place into a large bowl.
In a large bowl, gently mash the avocados with lime juice and salt.
Gently fold in onions, jalapeño peppers, and cilantro.
Transfer guacamole to a clean serving dish.
Garnish with cilantro or favorite topping
Serve as needed.
Haunted Graveyard Taco Salad Dip
Brown ground beef in a large nonstick pan.
Add water and taco seasoning and cook and stir for 1-2 minutes. Let cool.
In a 3-qt. glass bowl or decorative trifle dish, layer the iceberg lettuce, beans, corn, and cucumber.
Spread the cooled taco meat on top of the cucumbers
Top ground beef with chipotle ranch.
Sprinkle cheese on top of chipotle ranch.
Spread Traditional Guacamole over entire dish.
Place tomatoes, black olives, and red onions evenly over guacamole.
Using black gel pen, write RIP on each corn cracker.
Standing upright, place corn crackers into guacamole to look like a graveyard.
Serve right away or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
