- 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 1/2 c. coconut cream
- 1/4 c. guava pulp
- 4 ea. basil leaves, finely chopped
- 2 ea. garlic cloves, minced
- 4 T. onion, minced
- 3 T. cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 T. coconut flakes, toasted
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
- Fold in coconut cream, guava pulp, basil, garlic, onions, cilantro, and coconut flakes until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
