  • 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 1/2 c. coconut cream
  • 1/4 c. guava pulp
  • 4 ea. basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 ea. garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 T. onion, minced
  • 3 T. cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 T. coconut flakes, toasted
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
  2. Fold in coconut cream, guava pulp, basil, garlic, onions, cilantro, and coconut flakes until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
