Ingredients

  • 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 2/3 c. fresh Bing cherries, pitted & roughly chopped
  • 3 T. green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 T. jalapeños, minced
  • 1 T. cherry juice
  • 1 t. salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados until chunky-smooth.
  2. Fold in the cherries, green onions, jalapeños, cherry juice, and salt until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
