Ingredients
- 1 qt. Cherries, pitted, frozen
- 1 c. Avocados from Mexico, stage 4, mashed
- 3 c. Cherry juice, tart
- 3/4 c. Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/3 c. Honey
- 1 T. Chia seeds
- 6 ea. Cherries, fresh, garnish
- 6 ea. Mint sprigs, fresh
Instructions
- In a blender, add frozen cherries, avocado, cherry juice, yogurt, and chia seeds. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and creamy to make the smoothie.
- In six 8 oz. glasses, evenly distribute the smoothie mixture and top with 1 cherry and 1 mint sprig.
