Go big or go home! With three layers of classic guacamole, Triple Decker Guac is a game-changer for flavor! Stuffed between layers of refried black beans, tomato and bacon, and topped with cheese and sour cream, this guac is a guaranteed win!
Ingredients
- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, mashed
- 4 ea. Bacon, slices, cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 c. Black beans, mashed, canned, drained
- 1/3 c. Tomato, diced
- 1 T. Cheese, cheddar, shredded
- 1 T. Sour cream
- 1 t. Lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Cilantro, to garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash avocados and stir in lemon juice. Salt to taste.
- On a medium plate, evenly distribute black beans in a circle, approximately 3 - 4 inches in diameter and one inch high.
- Divide guacamole mixture into thirds. Place one - third on top of black beans and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
- Top guacamole mixture with tomatoes and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
- Top tomatoes with one-third of guacamole mixture and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
- Top guacamole mixture with bacon and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
- Top bacon with the remaining third of the guacamole mixture and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
- Sprinkle guacamole with cheese, top with sour cream, and garnish with cilantro.
