  • 1/2 c. Avocado From Mexico, pitted, peeled, & mashed
  • 1/2 c. banana, mashed
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 3/4 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. cocoa powder
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1-2 T. honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together avocado, banana, peanut butter, oats, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined. If desired, add honey to adjust sweetness.
  2. Scoop and roll the mixture into 12 balls. Place on plate lined with wax paper.
  3. Freeze the energy bites for at least 2 hours.
