Make this all-in-one smoothie a part of your day! With milk, avocado, spinach, mango and almond butter, it is full of nutrients and flavor! Have it for breakfast or as a post-workout shake, either way it is sure to cool you off and fill you up!
- 2 c. spinach
- 1 c. full-fat milk
- 1 c. ice cold water
- 1 ea. Avocados From Mexico
- 1/2 ea. mango, diced
- 1 T. almond butter
- 1 T. honey
- Mix all of the ingredients in a blender.
- If your smoothie is too thick for your liking, add a little more milk or water and blend again.
- Evenly distribute between 2 chilled glasses and serve.
