  • 2 ea. flour tortillas
  • 2/3 c. roasted chicken, skinless, diced
  • 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, diced
  • 4 T. plain yogurt
  • 4 T. roasted red pepper, diced
  • 2 T. cucumber, diced
  • 2 t. dijon mustard
  • 2 t. red onion, diced
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the avocado, chicken, yogurt, Dijon mustard, onion, red pepper, cucumber, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between the two tortillas. Roll the wrap around the filling and serve.
