- 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 2 T. Yuzu juice
- 1/2 c. scallions, finely chopped
- 2 T. cilantro
- 2 t. Togarashi seasoning
- 1-1/2 t. soy sauce
- In a large bowl, mash the avocados with yuzu juice until chunky-smooth.
- Fold in scallions, cilantro, togarashi seasoning, and soy sauce until well combined.
