Ingredients

  • 2 Ea ripe Avocados From Mexico
  • 1 cup fresh peas
  • 2 sprigs cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 chopped serrano pepper
  • 2 Ea lime juiced
  • 2 Ea green onion chopped
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Coarsely mash avocados so that they are chunky.
  2. Place all remaining ingredients in food processer, and puree until smooth.
  3. Blend puree into mashed avocado.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
  5. It should be bright green to go along with kermits song it aint easy being green but with this recipe it is!
