- 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 1 c. pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/2 c. parsley, roughly chopped
- 1/2 c. cilantro, roughly chopped
- 2 ea. garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1 ea. lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
