Ingredients

  • 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 2 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. white onion, small dice
  • 1/4 c. tahini
  • 2 T. cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 T. jalapeño, minced
  • 2 t. Za'atar spice blend
  • 1/2 t. salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice until chunky-smooth.
  2. Fold in onions, tahini, cilantro, jalapeños, za’atar, and salt until well combined.
