Ingredients
- 4 Avocados From Mexico, diced
- 1 TB lime juice
- 1 TB onion finely diced
- 1 teaspoon jalapeño, diced finely
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine avocado and lime juice. Gently mash together to form a chunky mixture. Stir in onion and salt.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of guacamole mixture into each cup.
- Serve with desired topping: fresh veggie sticks, baked (blue) tortilla chips.
