- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 1-1/2 c. cucumber, small dice
- 1/4 c. cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 ea. lemon, juiced
- 1/2 t. chipotle powder
- 1/4 t. ground cumin
- 3/4 t. salt
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
- Fold in cucumbers, lemon juice, chipotle powder, cumin, and salt until well combined.
