Ingredients
- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 t. garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 T. cilantro, finely chopped
- Lime juice to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash avocados until chunky.
- Fold in onions, garlic, cheese, and cilantro until well combined. Add lime juice as desired and season with salt.
