Ingredients

  • 2 Avocado From Mexico halved pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp tequila
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the avocados, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, tequila and salt; toss gently.
  2. Cover surface with plastic wrap; chill until ready to serve.
  3. Serve, if desired, in stemmed glasses rimmed with coarse salt, garnished with lime wedges and cilantro sprigs; or spoon into a serving bowl and serve with chips, jicama and sweet pepper slices.
