Avocado Tequila Salsa

Basic in form, easy to make, but explosive in flavor, drizzling your avocado salsa with tequila will take your salsa from good to great! Serve as a dip with tortilla chips, top a salad or sprinkle on your favorite grilled chicken or fish dish, this salsa will liven up any meal!


  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, pitted, peeled, & diced
  • 1 c. tomatoes, diced
  • 2 T. cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1-2 T. lime juice
  • 1 T. tequila
  • 1/2 t. salt


  1. In a medium bowl, gently toss the avocados with the tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, tequila, and salt until well combined.
