- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, pitted, peeled, & diced
- 1 c. tomatoes, diced
- 2 T. cilantro, finely chopped
- 1-2 T. lime juice
- 1 T. tequila
- 1/2 t. salt
- In a medium bowl, gently toss the avocados with the tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, tequila, and salt until well combined.
