  • 8 oz. turkey or chicken, cooked and sliced
  • 1 ea. large tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place tortillas on a broiler pan.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla, dividing evenly. Place turkey on top.
  3. Cover with tomato, avocado slices, and cheese.
  4. Broil just until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
  5. Fold over and serve.
