Ingredients
- 4 ea. corn or flour tortillas
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. turkey or chicken, cooked and sliced
- 1 ea. large tomato, sliced
- 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled, and sliced
- 4 oz. pepper jack cheese, sliced
Instructions
- Place tortillas on a broiler pan.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla, dividing evenly. Place turkey on top.
- Cover with tomato, avocado slices, and cheese.
- Broil just until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
- Fold over and serve.
