  1. To assemble one serving: Place the two toasted halves of the English muffins on the plate, then spread each muffin with 1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomato & Avocado Relish. Top each with a piece of crispy prosciutto. Top each muffin with a poached egg. Spoon 2 tablespoons of Avocado Harissa Hollandaise over each egg. Top each egg with a 1/4 teaspoon of Harissa.
  2. Serve warm.
