- 3/4 c. Avocados From Mexico, stage 3-4, 1/4" diced
- 1/2 c. Flat leaf parsley, rough chopped
- 2 T. Capers, rough chopped
- 1 t. Garlic, minced
- 1 t. Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. Olive oil
- 3 T. Lemon juice
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- Fold diced avocado parsley, capers, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and kosher salt together until evenly mixed.
