Italian Avocado Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Avocados From Mexico, stage 3-4, 1/4" diced
  • 1/2 c. Flat leaf parsley, rough chopped
  • 2 T. Capers, rough chopped
  • 1 t. Garlic, minced
  • 1 t. Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c. Olive oil
  • 3 T. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Fold diced avocado parsley, capers, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and kosher salt together until evenly mixed.
