Ingredients

  • 1 hass avocado
  • 6 boiled eggs (hard) and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • Pinch of cumin
  • A pinch of paprika
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl place the avocado and mash with a fork, once you obtain the puree, add the lemon juice and mix well.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and take out the yolk. Add the yolks to the avocado and mix well. Season with cumin, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Then add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix all ingredients.
  4. Fill the eggs with the mixture on a platter and serve Garnish with sour cream.
