Ingredients
- 1 hass avocado
- 6 boiled eggs (hard) and peeled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Pinch of cumin
- A pinch of paprika
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl place the avocado and mash with a fork, once you obtain the puree, add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Cut the eggs in half and take out the yolk. Add the yolks to the avocado and mix well. Season with cumin, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
- Then add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix all ingredients.
- Fill the eggs with the mixture on a platter and serve Garnish with sour cream.
