  • 2 cups frozen (not thawed) mango
  • 1 ripe pitted and peeled avocado
  • 1 cup avocado
  • 1 cup coconut milk


  1. In a blender, combine the avocado, mango, coconut milk and water. Blend until smooth. Serve.
