Loaded with Parmensan and garlic, this garlic bread will make your mouth water! Paired with an avocado dip, this appetizer will have your friends longing for the next bite!
Ingredients
- 1/2 ea. Loaf of french bread
- 1/4 c. Salted butter, softened
- 1 T. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 ea. Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 T. Parsley, dried
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dip
- 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, mashed
- 2 T. Salted butter, melted
- 2 ea. Garlic cloves, minced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF degrees and prepare a baking sheet with foil. Place the loaf of bread with the cut side face up on the baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, add softened butter, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley and salt to taste. Stir ingredients until well combined.
- Evenly distribute the butter and parmesan cheese spread on top of the loaf of bread. Bake bread for approximately 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, add avocado, melted butter, garlic and salt to taste. Stir the ingredients together until smooth and creamy to make avocado garlic dip.
- After the bread comes out of the oven, slice into 8 pieces and serve with avocado garlic dip.
