Loaded with Parmensan and garlic, this garlic bread will make your mouth water! Paired with an avocado dip, this appetizer will have your friends longing for the next bite!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ea. Loaf of french bread
  • 1/4 c. Salted butter, softened
  • 1 T. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 ea. Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 T. Parsley, dried
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dip
  • 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, mashed
  • 2 T. Salted butter, melted
  • 2 ea. Garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF degrees and prepare a baking sheet with foil. Place the loaf of bread with the cut side face up on the baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, add softened butter, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley and salt to taste. Stir ingredients until well combined.
  3. Evenly distribute the butter and parmesan cheese spread on top of the loaf of bread. Bake bread for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, add avocado, melted butter, garlic and salt to taste. Stir the ingredients together until smooth and creamy to make avocado garlic dip.
  5. After the bread comes out of the oven, slice into 8 pieces and serve with avocado garlic dip.
