Ingredients

  • 12 ea. celery sticks
  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, mashed
  • 1/2 ea. lemon, juiced
  • 1 T. cilantro
  • 1 T. sour cream
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 t. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 t. hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mash the avocados with a fork. Add the lemon juice, cilantro, sour cream, olive oil, garlic, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Fill celery stalks and serve.
