- Sandwich:
- 8 ea. salami, slices
- 8 ea. capocollo, slices
- 8 ea. pepperoni, slices
- 4 ea. provolone cheese, slices
- 1/2 ea. baguette
Instructions
- Put all of the salsa ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Slice the baguette in half horizontally and spread the avocado-jalapeño salsa on the bottom half of the bread.
