Avo Navajo Tacos – Phoenix

An absolute chubasco of flavors, this classic favorite is stuffed with a hearty beef and bean mix and then loaded with shredded lettuce, tomato, creamy avocado, and tangy sour cream.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the ground beef: In a large skillet, warm avocado oil and add ground beef. Brown beef until thoroughly cooked, approximately 10 minutes, until there is no pink. Stir in taco seasoning and pinto beans and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  2. For the tacos: Assemble tacos by evenly distributing ground beef mixture into taco shells. Then evenly distribute lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado. Top with sour cream.
