Ingredients

  • 1/2 taza de mango en cubitos ( 1 mango grande)
  • 2 cucharadas de jugo de naranja ( 1 naranja)
  • 1 cucharada de jugo de limon ( ½ limon)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal ( kosher)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
  • 3 cucharadas de cebolla verde picada ( 3 tallos green onion)
  • 2 cucharadas de basilico ( basil) finamente picado ( 6 hojas med)
  • 1/2 cucharada de chile jalapeño ( 1 chile)
  • 1 licuadora o procesador
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva.
  • Para los wraps
  • 2 Aguacates de México hass sin piel en rebanadas tipo media luna
  • hojas de lechuga ( mantequilla o lechuga orejona)
  • 2 tazas de pollo a la parrilla cortado en cubitos ( 3 pechugas de pollo medianas, previamente marinadas al gusto y a la parrilla)
  • 1 pepino sin semilla cortado en rebanadas delgadas
  • 2 cucharadas de hojas de menta finamente cortadas
  • 1/2 taza de zanahorias rayadas
  • 1 taza de queso gorgonzola en grumos.

Instructions

  1. Licuar todos los ingredientes de la salsa hasta formar una salsa homogenea, dejar en el refriguerador por 15 minutos.
  2. En las hojas de lechuga, colocar en el centro, el pollo , el pepino, la zanahoria, la menta, el queso gorgonzola, 2 rebanadas de aguacate y sal al gusto, luego bañar con un poco con de salsa de mango .
  3. Cerrar las hojas de lechuga formando un wrap.
  4. Comer a frio o a temperatura ambiente.
