- 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 2/3 c. fresh Bing cherries, pitted & roughly chopped
- 3 T. green onions, finely chopped
- 3 T. jalapeños, minced
- 1 T. cherry juice
- 1 t. salt
- In a large bowl, mash the avocados until chunky-smooth.
- Fold in the cherries, green onions, jalapeños, cherry juice, and salt until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
