3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
2/3 c. fresh Bing cherries, pitted & roughly chopped
3 T. green onions, finely chopped
3 T. jalapeños, minced
1 T. cherry juice
1 t. salt
In a large bowl, mash the avocados until chunky-smooth.
Fold in the cherries, green onions, jalapeños, cherry juice, and salt until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
