Roasted Garlic Guacamole


  • 1 1/4 c. Avocados From Mexico, mashed
  • 1/4 c. Roasted Garlic, mashed
  • 2 T. Fresh Parsley, rough chopped
  • 1 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 t. Kosher Salt
  • 1 t. Fresh Ground Black Pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, fold all ingredients together until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Transfer to holding container and press plastic wrap to the surface of the guacamole. Hold in the refrigerator until ready for use.
