Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Avocados From Mexico, mashed
- 1/4 c. Roasted Garlic, mashed
- 2 T. Fresh Parsley, rough chopped
- 1 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 t. Kosher Salt
- 1 t. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, fold all ingredients together until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer to holding container and press plastic wrap to the surface of the guacamole. Hold in the refrigerator until ready for use.
