- 1 T. Capers
- 2 T. Dill, minced
- 1 t. Juniper, toasted, ground
- 1 t. Kosher salt
- 1 t. Red onion, minced, to garnish
- 1 t. Dill, picked
- 1/4 t. Juniper, ground
- Fold mashed avocado, minced red onion, fresh lemon juice, capers, minced dill, ground juniper, and salt together until evenly mixed.
- Garnish Forager's Guac with minced red onion, picked dill, and ground juniper.
