Forager’s Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 1/4 c. Avocados From Mexico, stage 4, pitted, peeled, mashed
  • 1/4 c. Red onion, minced
  • 2 T. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T. Capers
  • 2 T. Dill, minced
  • 1 t. Juniper, toasted, ground
  • 1 t. Kosher salt
  • 1 t. Red onion, minced, to garnish
  • 1 t. Dill, picked
  • 1/4 t. Juniper, ground

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fold mashed avocado, minced red onion, fresh lemon juice, capers, minced dill, ground juniper, and salt together until evenly mixed.
  2. Garnish Forager's Guac with minced red onion, picked dill, and ground juniper.
