Ingredients
- 2 c. curly kale, stem removed and roughly chopped
- 1-1/2 c. apple cider
- 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, diced
- 1/4 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 T. agave syrup
- 1 T. whiskey
- 2 t. fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a blender, combine avocado, kale, apple cider, agave syrup, fresh ginger and lime juice until completely smooth and strain into a cup.
- Place 4-5 ice cubes into a tumbler and pour avocado mixture on top.
- Add a splash of your favorite whiskey, stir and serve.
