  • 4 filetes de pescado blanco firme
  • 1/2 cucharadita de paprika ahumada
  • 1/2 cucharadita de comino molido
  • 1/2 cucharadita de chili en polvo
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de maíz
  • sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 8 tortillas de maíz
  • salsa
  • 1/4 taza de cebolla morada finamente picada
  • 1/2 chile jalapeño finamente picado
  • 1 taza de mango maduro picado y pelado
  • 1 Aguacates de México hass pelado y picado
  • 2 cucharadas de cilantro fresco finamente picado
  • 1 cucharada de jugo de limón recién exprimido
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

Instructions

  1. Para la salsa, combine aguacate, mango, cebolla, jalapeño, cilantro, aceite, jugo de limón, sal y pimienta al gusto.
  2. En un tazón pequeño mezcla la paprika, comino, chili, sal y pimienta. Frota esta mezcla sobre los filetes de pescado.
  3. En un sartén grande a fuego medio, añade el aceite y cocinar el pescado dos minutos por cada lado o hasta que esté dorado. Retira del fuego y reserva.
  4. Caliente las tortillas sobre un comal. Coloca dos cucharadas de salsa en cada una y sirve encima el pescado en trozos.
