  • 3 tazas de coditos pre cocido
  • 1 taza de tomates secos hidratados
  • 1/2 taza de aceitunas negras
  • 1/2 taza de aceitunas verdes
  • 1 taza de bolitas de mozzarella
  • 1 Aguacate de México hass cortado en cubos
  • Vinagreta
  • 1 taza de aceite de oliva
  • 1/4 taza de vinagre de vino blanco
  • 1 cucharada de ralladura de naranja
  • 1/4 taza de jugo de naranja
  • 1 cucharadita de miel
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa picante de frambuesa y chipotle
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

Instructions

  1. En un tazón agregar el vinagre, jugo de naranja, ralladura de naranja, miel, tabasco, sal y pimienta al gusto. Bate todo hasta que se mezcle bien e incorporar de a poco el aceite de oliva.
  2. En otro tazón agregar los coditos, aceitunas, tomate, queso mozzarella y aguacate. Vierte la vinagreta, mezcla bien y sirve.
