- 2 T. Sherry vinegar
- 1/2 t. honey
- 1/4 t. dijon mustard
- 1/2 t. garlic, minced

- 4 c. baby greens
- 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, pitted, peeled, & sliced
- 1 ea. mango, peeled, pitted, & diced
- 1/4 c. red onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. silvered almonds, toasted
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oils, vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, shallots, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine greens and onions; toss with dress. Top with avocados, mangoes, and almonds.
