Ingredients
- 2 each master avocado schmear
- 2 TBSP. flour tortilla, warmed
- 8 oz. fajita steak slices, cooked
- 1/4 Cup bell peppers, thin slices, cooked
- 4 TBSP. pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 2 TSP. Chipotle sauce
Instructions
- Grill steaks until reaching desired temperature.
- Spread 2 Tbsp. of avocado smear on each warm tortilla.
- Slice steak into thin slices and cube.
- Place 4 oz. of steak between the two tortillas.
- Top steak with onion and pepper mix, pepper jack cheese and chipotle sauce.
