1/2 EA Avocados From Mexico, roasted, half moon slices
5 EA Garlic clove, whole, roasted
2 T Basil, fresh
1/8 t Black pepper, cracked
2 T Balsamic vinaigrette, avocado oil, pre-made
Place arugula into a mixing bowl.
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to combine.
Remove from mixing bowl and place arugula onto a clean plate.
Place the burrata cheese onto the center of the plate.
Place the ciliegine mozzarella around the outer edge of the salad.
Place constellation tomatoes, roasted avocado, and garlic evenly on top, around the entire salad.
Sprinkle picked basil around the entire salad.
Using a pepper mill, crack pepper evenly around entire salad.
Drizzle with remaining dressing. Season to taste and serve as needed.
