Ingredients
- 2 c Baby arugula, fresh
- 2 T Balsamic vinaigrette, avocado oil, pre-made
- 1 EA Burrata cheese
- 5 EA Mozzarella cheese, ciliegine
- 1/2 c Constellation tomatoes, whole, roasted
- 1/2 EA Avocados From Mexico, roasted, half moon slices
- 5 EA Garlic clove, whole, roasted
- 2 T Basil, fresh
- 1/8 t Black pepper, cracked
- 2 T Balsamic vinaigrette, avocado oil, pre-made
Instructions
- Place arugula into a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to combine.
- Remove from mixing bowl and place arugula onto a clean plate.
- Place the burrata cheese onto the center of the plate.
- Place the ciliegine mozzarella around the outer edge of the salad.
- Place constellation tomatoes, roasted avocado, and garlic evenly on top, around the entire salad.
- Sprinkle picked basil around the entire salad.
- Using a pepper mill, crack pepper evenly around entire salad.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing. Season to taste and serve as needed.
