- Charred Avocado & Mango Salad Bowl
- 3 qts. Spring Greens
- 2 T. Lime Juice, Fresh
- 1 t. Kosher Salt
- 6 ea. Grilled Chicken Breasts, 4 oz, 1/4" Slices
- 1 1/2 c. Charred Avocado and Mango Salsa (See Below)
- Charred Avocado & Mango Salsa
- 1/2 c. Avocados From Mexico, Stage 2, Charred, 1/4” Dice
- 1/3 c. Mango, 1/4" Dice
- 2 T. Red Onion, Minced
- 1 T. Jalapeño, Minced
- 1 T. Tomato, 1/4" Dice
- 2 t. Lime Juice, Fresh
- 1 t. Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Charred Avocado & Mango Salad Bowl Directions:
- Just before serving, in a medium bowl, toss spring greens with fresh lime juice and kosher salt.
- Build each Charred Avocado & Mango Salad Bowl in the following order and amounts:
- 2 cups Dressed Spring Greens
- 1 Each Sliced Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Charred Avocado & Mango Salsa
- Charred Avocado & Mango Salsa Directions:
- In a medium bowl, fold together the diced charred avocado, diced mango, minced red onion, minced jalapeño, diced tomato, lime juice, and kosher salt until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container and hold in the refrigerator until ready for use.
