Ingredients
- 6 pounds of churrasco (skirt steak)
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 olive oil
- 4 bunches of cilantro
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 2 green peppers
- 2 hass avocados skinless and boneless
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 cup of white vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
- 2 cups diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and let the meat marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Heat grill, place meat and let them cook 5-6 minutes per side. Turn off the heat and let steak sit so that the steak juices settle.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator a few minutes before serving so that the sauce is at room temperature.
