- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 1/2 ea. lime, juiced
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/2 t. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. mint, finely chopped
- 1/2 t. garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
- Fold in lime juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mint, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
