Grilled Chicken and Avocado Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ea. Romaine lettuce leaves, charred on grill
  • 4 oz. Chicken, grilled, sliced
  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico
  • 1/2 c. Cheese, Parmesan, shaved
  • 2 c. Croutons, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. Caesar dressing, pre-made

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On a plate, evenly distribute romaine lettuce leaves.
  2. Evenly distribute chicken, avocado, cheese, and croutons across lettuce. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
