Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Avocado From Mexico, pitted, peeled, & mashed
- 1/2 c. banana, mashed
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. cocoa powder
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1-2 T. honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together avocado, banana, peanut butter, oats, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined. If desired, add honey to adjust sweetness.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 12 balls. Place on plate lined with wax paper.
- Freeze the energy bites for at least 2 hours.
