Ingredients
- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, sliced
- 3 c. strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 c. agave nectar
- 4 T. cocoa powder
- 1 T. coconut oil
- 1 t. vanilla
Instructions
- In a blender, add the avocado (set aside 1/4 of one avocado and do not blend), strawberries (set aside ½ cup and do not blend) agave nectar, cocoa, coconut oil, vanilla and blend well until it is a smooth texture.
- Evenly distribute mousse into 4 small bowls and refrigerate 2 hours. Once chilled, add remaining strawberries and avocado slices on top and serve.
