- 1 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved
- 1/3 c. fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 ea. garlic clove
- 1 T. basil, finely chopped
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- In a blender, add the avocado, yogurt, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper; blend until smooth. Serve as a dip.
