From Grove to Groves!

Avocados From Mexico and Trinity Groves were a match made in
avocado heaven. Where better to open a game-changing
avocado restaurant than at the Dallas home of culinary
game-changers? AvoEatery combined the ingenuity of Avocados
From Mexico with one of the nation’s most successful restaurant
incubators to create an immersive restaurant experience for bold
avocado innovation. Together, we changed the face of polished
casual dining, one delicious avocado dish at a time.

Introducing Trinity Groves

Trinity Groves gave the next generation of innovative Dallas
restaurateurs a head start with its unique Restaurant Concept
Incubator program. Chefs and budding restaurateurs pitched their
new restaurant concepts to a team of experienced industry
leaders. Chosen concepts then had the support and backing
they needed to turn their restaurant dreams into reality. Trinity
Groves transformed old warehouses into the beautiful and
diverse spaces you see today, each customized to bring to life
a unique culinary concept.
