- 1 Avocado From Mexico, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. jalapeño, minced
- 1 tsp. lime juice

- 2 tsp. black olives, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. green olives, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 c. tomato salsa
- 1/3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocado until it reaches a chunky-smooth consistency.
- Add the onions, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt, and mix gently (you don’t want the avocado mixture to be too mushy) until well combined.
- To assemble, layer the ingredients in a 10-inch square serving dish in the following order: refried beans, green and black olives, Greek yogurt, salsa, cheese, and, last but not least, guacamole.
