Ingredients

  • 6 Aguacates de México hass
  • 1 cucharada de cebolla picada
  • 1 cucharadita de limon
  • 1 chile poblano rostizado y sin piel
  • 1/4 taza de vino blanco
  • 2 pimientos morrones de lata
  • 8 tazas de caldo de pollo
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

Instructions

  1. Pela los aguacates y remueve el hueso. En una licuadora coloca los aguacates, el chile, jugo de limon, vino, los pimientos morrones, cebolla, sal y pimienta al gusto y licua bien.
  2. En una olla poner a hervir el caldo de pollo y ya cuando hierve se retira del fuego y se le agrega el pure de aguacate. Servir inmediatamente.
