Ingredients

  • 2 rodajas de cebolla blanca finamente picada
  • 3 cucharadas de mayonesa sin grasa
  • 1/4 taza de apio picado
  • 1/2 taza de granos de elote precocido
  • 1 Aguacate de México de méxico sin piel y sin hueso en rebanadas
  • 1 tomate rebanado
  • el jugo de medio limón
  • 2 hojas de lechuga
  • 4 rodajas de jalapeño en escabeche finamente picadas
  • 2 panes chibatta o bolillo

Instructions

  1. En un recipiente mezclamos el atún con la mayonesa, la cebolla picada, el apio picado, los granos de elote, y el jalapeño picado.
  2. Luego agregamos el jugo de limón y mezclamos de nuevo.
  3. Partir el pan por la mitad y tostar un poco por ambos lados.
  4. En una de las mitades del pan colocamos la hoja de lechuga junto con 2 ó3 rebanadas de jitomate, luego ponemos dos cucharadas de la mezcla del atún y luego por encima 2 ó 3 rebanadas de aguacate. Luego colocamos la otra mitad del pan hasta arriba.
  5. Servir al momento.
