  • 4 panes baguette de 6 pulgadas
  • 4 pechugas de pollo delgadas
  • 8 rodajas de tomate
  • 4 hojas de lechuga
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

  • 2 Aguacates de México hass
  • 1 cebolla pequeña.
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 1 pimiento verde pequeño
  • 1/2 taza de hojas de cilantro
  • 1/2 taza de hojas de perejil
  • 2 cucharadas aceite de oliva
  • 1 cucharada de vinagre de vino blanco
  • sal y pimienta al gusto.

Instructions

  1. En una licuadora agrega la cebolla, el pimentón, el ajo, hojas de cilantro y perejil. Enciende la licuadora y agrega poco a poco el aceite y vinagre hasta formar una crema ligera. Salpimienta al gusto.
  2. Sazona las pechugas con sal y pimienta.
  3. En un sartén caliente agrega el aceite y cocina las pechugas hasta que estén doradas.
  4. Arma los sándwiches con la lechuga, tomate, la pechuga de pollo, la salsa por encima. Y sirve.
